The People Behind Essential Nutrition Institute

Essential Nutrition Institute is more than an organization — it is a living platform for retreats, educational programs, and transformational experiences. We are creating a space where people can step away from daily distractions and reconnect with themselves — through nature, nourishing food, creative practices, movement, and meaningful human connection.

We’re creating a space to pause, reconnect, and leave with a renewed sense of self.

At the heart of this project is a family — and a circle of like-minded friends and collaborators — who share a vision of conscious, community-based living and holistic development.

Our Story

We are a husband and wife team brought together by destiny.

We met in 2013, when I (the husband) was leading a large-scale project promoting vegetarian food and lifestyle across European resorts. We had a team of over 50 people — chefs, vendors, artists — and we didn’t just sell food; we brought art and soul into it. Through poetry, music, and presence, we offered nourishment that touched people on many levels.

One day, our vendor invited two travelers to visit our base — and among them was the woman who would become my wife. She was drawn to our way of life. Though we lived in different countries, we stayed connected for over 7 years through phone and internet, and met only once in person during that time.

She is an artist and ceramicist, daughter of a renowned sculptor, a graduate of a fine arts academy, and a yoga teacher. I’ve dedicated my life to socially meaningful projects — combining food, creativity, and community into living, breathing ecosystems of human connection. I’ve always believed that work should be a joyful expression of life, not something separate from it.

Today, our journey continues in the United States, with a broader vision and a stronger team.

Our Community

Alongside us stand wise, talented collaborators with deep experience in immersive technology, education, healing, and dome-based multimedia environments. Together, we weave ancient wisdom with modern tools — from fermentation and mindful movement to 360° dome projections and sound journeys.

We are united by a shared commitment to conscious living and service.

Our mission is to create a place where people can remember who they are — through:

- healing and nourishing food,

- yoga, bodywork, and spa rituals,

- nature-based education and art,

- hands-on production and traditional crafts,

- circles of authentic human exchange.

Why We Do This

We are raising a child — and this project is deeply rooted in our desire to give him a full-spectrum life.

We want him, and the children who visit us, to grow up among awake, kind, creative people, to see the world through many lenses, to feel freedom and connection to the earth, to have real choice in how they live.

This project is not just a job or even a mission — it’s our essence.

No matter where life takes us, this is what we’ll be doing.

Because today, more and more people are tired of noise, screens, and disconnection. We want to offer them a real place — beautiful, grounded, and alive — where they can return to the natural rhythms of body and soul.

When conscious people come together around meaningful ideas — something sacred awakens.
